About Our Camps
Inclusion is a main priority in all games experienced in the summer camp. Children will be encouraged to interact with each other and develop their communication skills, forging friendships and learning to accept each other and get along.
Team work, enjoyment and friendship will be the focus of the camp. Parents and children will benefit.
Children will increase awareness to informal education, developing social skills and inclusion in diversity of play.

Information for Parents
The camp will run from Monday to Friday beginning each day at 9.30am and concludes at 3.00pm. Children will not be taken in to the camp before 9:30am and must be collected by 3:00pm. Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd is not responsible for children outside of these times.
On the first morning of the camp Registration will start at 9.30am. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full on the first morning. Any queries you might have will be answered in full.
We can only accept children from the age of 5 years to 12 years, i.e. born in January 2008 to December 2015.
Medical or physical issues need to be disclosed at registration. Medication that needs to be administrated to a child, at the Just 4 Fun Kids Camp, the manager will need written permission from the parent or doctor to administer same. First Aiders will be available at the camp.
We often take photographs at events for marketing purposes. By attending an event, you are giving us permission to use images in which you or a member of your group may be present. In addition, these images may be shared and stored on third-party platforms. Should you not wish your child to appear in any images, please notify the manager at registration.
What to wear
There will be a lot of outdoor activities. Rainwear must be worn and a change of clothes is needed. If it’s sunny, sun screen be put on before they arrive at camp cap/ hat to be worn. For the indoor activities a pair of runners must be worn
There will be two fully supervised breaks each day. Your child will need to bring a packed lunch and plenty of drinks! At no time is child allowed to leave the camp at break time.
Prior to leaving the camp the children will be put in their groups with their leaders and the children will be informed of the next day’s activities.
Children will be collected from their groups by parents/guardians or a known person from the camp at 3.30pm. If a child has to leave early a written note has to be given to the manger prior to the child leaving. The adult collecting the child is requested to sign the permission to leave sheet. Any child left at the camp before 9.20 or after 3.45 will not be the responsibility of Just 4 Fun Kids Camp or their staff
Children are not allowed to bring mobile phones to the camp. All children will be allowed to contact their parents at any time during the day by the manager
A designated Table will be allocated where any lost items will be placed at the end of the day. To avoid any items being lost the child’s name is required to be on all items of clothing & bags. Just 4 Fun Kids Camp will not be held responsible for any property lost or left at the venue

Risk in using an Inflatable
All inflatables carry a risk and any Personal Accident Insurance is the responsibility of the client. We at Just 4 Fun Kids Camp will not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using our inflatables or equipment.
