School Tour Terms and Conditions
General
Please find below the Terms and Conditions for use of our website and the Terms and Conditions for booking places on our School Tours. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Together with Our privacy policy, they govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you have any questions about them or do not wish to accept them, please contact us before using this website.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, We/Our/Us means Just 4 Fun School Tours. We may change these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to review these terms and conditions to ensure you are happy with any changes. Using or accessing this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not continue to use this website.
Eyewear:
Appropriate sports eyewear must be worn during camp activities. Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Limited will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to eyeglasses during camp.
Health & Safety Requirements:
For health and safety reasons, children may be asked to remove items such as shoes, socks, and peaked caps during certain activities.
Food Allergies:
We strive to maintain a nut-free environment and encourage children to bring nut-free snacks. However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free zone. Please inform us of any specific dietary concerns or allergies prior to the tour.
Confirmation of Booking
When making a booking request by phone or email we will provisionally book the date and venue. Please note that this does not mean that your booking has been accepted. Your booking request constitutes an offer to us to secure a place at one of our venues. All bookings are subject to availability of the venue and date. We will confirm such acceptance to you on receipt of the required deposit of €150 per class by sending you a confirmation e-mail (the ‘Booking Confirmation’). The contract between us (‘Contract’) will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to the venue which we have confirmed in the Booking Confirmation. Should there be a limited number of places at each venue there will be allocated in order of receipt of deposit for bookings.
Please contact the office by May 1st with confirmation of your final booking numbers. There will be a maximum of 3 non-attending/cancellations permitted per booking, any additional cancellations will be charged in full.
Payment for the school tour can be either cash or cheque on the day of the school tour. Please note if paying by bank transfer, payment has to be received at least 5 working days in advance of the school tour day (please send bank transfer payments 7 days in advance).
Course/Event Content
We reserve the right to make changes to the published program of an Event (but not the overall content), for example to timings. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel your place.
Course/Event Venue
Our Events are held at a number of venues. You acknowledge that we may have to change the published venue for the event for reasons beyond our control and in such cases, you will not be entitled to cancel unless the change in venue represents a significant disadvantage to you.
You are liable for any loss or damage which you or a member of your group may cause to our premises or that of the external venue and agree to adhere to all housekeeping rules, procedures and policies (including policies as to behavior and conduct) that may be in place at any venue from time to time.
Children’s packed lunches, drinks, any clothing , outdoor clothing, hats, footwear, suncream & medical needs are the responsibility of their teachers.
The hours of the tour day are as agreed in your booking confirmation. Just 4 Fun School Tours and its employees are not responsible for children outside of the above hours. Schools will not be taken into the venue before the times allocated. In the event of a late arrival by your school,. Activities will commence immediately and continue to the original scheduled time with no added on time.
Mobile phones by children are not permitted during the day, they must be powered off Teachers will notify the manager if they are taking photographs of their group while at the venue.
Failure to agree to the Instructions of the Just 4 Fun school tours manager at the start of the tour day on health & safety, event timetable, fire evacuation, accident reporting, medical assistance, toilet & break procedures, and of your school departing the venue will result in cancellation of the day.
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

We reserve the right at any time and without prior warning to change the venue of the tour. We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion, to cancel your booking where we need to do so due to circumstances outside of our control (including, but not limited to, situations where sufficient numbers have not booked for the Tour or cancel the Tour or if you have not paid the balance of your tour prior to the tour date going into arrears with any payment due to us, or if it may prejudice our reputation).
We shall have no liability for losses or costs which you may incur due to such cancellation, but we shall refund you’re booking payment (in full as soon as possible) or offer you an alternative tour venue if one is available. You have the choice of accepting the refund, a credit note or attending the alternative tour venue we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your tour but reserve the right to refund using an alternative method.
If in the unfortunate event that one of our tours has to be cancelled due to an emergency or circumstances out of our control, we will offer the tour to take place at a later date and no refunds will be permitted.
Images
We often take photographs at the tour venue for marketing purposes. By attending a tour you are giving us permission to use images in which you or a member of your group may be present. In addition, these images may be shared and stored on third-party platforms.
Should you not wish to appear in any of the images, please inform the Just 4 Fun School Tour Office when making your booking.
Our Liability
- Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd trading as Just 4 Fun School Tours operates the program to the highest safety standards.
- Just 4 Fun School Tours shall not be responsible for any illness, death or accident unless occasioned by the proven negligence on the part of the Directors or their employees. Just 4 Fun School Tours has full public liability cover for all activities undertaken including at external venues.
- By accepting the terms, you give permission for your child/children/students to partake in activities that may be dangerous. You acknowledge that by participating in these activities, there is a possibility of risk to your child/children of personal injury or death and/or property damage. You accept these risks on behalf of the child/children/students, which they may be subject to while taking part in all activities, including all inflatable games.
- Personal Accident Insurance against injury, accident, or loss, or in connection with the failure of the child/children/student to follow the safety instructions, guidelines, and rules outlined by Just 4 Fun School Tours, its management, and staff during the school tour is your responsibility (the name of the person who made the booking online or by telephone).
- In the event of an injury or accident involving the child/children/student you have booked onto the School Tour, you accept that Just 4 Fun School Tours will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from or associated with their participation in the activities offered by Just 4 Fun School Tours. You hereby waive all claims against Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd in relation to the child/children/student you have booked onto the school tour.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters.
Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Written Communications
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you place a booking with us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to bookings previously made by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Booking Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Booking Confirmation).
Contracts for the booking of our events through this site will be governed by the law of Ireland. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
