Terms and Conditions for use of our website and the Terms and Conditions for booking places on our Summer Camps through our online booking
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Together with Our privacy policy, they govern Our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you have any questions about them or do not wish to accept them, please contact us before using this website.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, We/Our/Us means Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd. We may change these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to review these terms and conditions to ensure you are happy with any changes. Using or accessing this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not continue to use this website.

1. Parents must be aware that places will be filled on a first come first served basis.
2. Upon making a payment of €30 for first child (€20 deposit per child after first child) or full payment per child secures your child’s place.
3. Cancellation equates to giving up the deposit of €30 for first child (€20 deposit per child after first child) paid by post or online per child (non-refundable/non-transferable).
4. Fee reductions can only be applied to bookings on a per family unit base. 
5. For Full payments, cancellations less than 7 days before the camp start date, will be nonrefundable.
6. €2.00 booking fee applies per transaction.
7. We only accept children from the age of 5 years to 12 years. Born in January 2012 to December 2019.
8. A Parent/guardian must sign the application form and agree to terms & conditions, payment via this website is also taken as agreement with the terms and conditions.
9. All medical conditions must be clearly stated on the application form.
10. We will not be responsible for administering any medication.
11. Children must bring a packed lunch, rain gear, and sun cream each day.
12. The hours of the camp are 9:30 am-3:00 pm each day.
13. Children will not be taken into the camp before 9:30 am and must be collected at 3:00 pm. Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd & its employees are not responsible for children outside of these times.
14. Just 4 Kids Fun Camps Ltd. does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children.
15. Just 4 Kids Fun Camps Ltd. reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire program. 
16. Mobile phones by children are not permitted during the camp, all valuables should be left at home.
17. Photographs and video footage may be taken and used for promotional reasons. If you do not wish images of your child to be used by us. Please inform the Just 4 Fun Kids Camp office when booking.
18. Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd has permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness.
19. Information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions, program schedules, and other arrangements. Just 4 Kids Fun Camps Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.
20. Just 4 Kids Fun Camps Ltd. reserves the right to remove any child that is disruptive from the camp due to misbehavior or whose behavior puts themselves or others at risk without a refund.
21. The Just 4 Fun Kids Camp programs adheres to the best safety expectations and procedures.
22. Breach of our Terms and Conditions will result in the cancellation of the booking. Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd shall not be responsible for any illness, death or accident unless occasioned by the proven negligence on the part of the Directors or their employees. Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd has full public liability cover for all activities undertaken including at external venues. By accepting the terms, you give permission for your child/children to partake in activities that may be dangerous. You acknowledge that by participating in these activities, there is a possibility of risk to your child/children of personal injury or death and/or property damage. You accept these risks on behalf of the child/children, which they may be subject to while taking part in all activities, including all inflatable games.
23. Personal Accident Insurance against injury, accident, or loss, or in connection with the failure of the child/children to follow the safety instructions, guidelines, and rules outlined by Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd, its management, and staff during the camp is your responsibility (the name of the person who made the booking online or by telephone). In the event of an injury or accident involving the child/children you have booked onto the camp, you accept that Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from or associated with their participation in the activities offered by Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd. You hereby waive all claims against Just 4 Fun Kids Camp Ltd in relation to the child/children you have booked onto the camp.
24. If in the unfortunate event that one of our camps has to be canceled due to emergency or circumstances out of our control (This includes situations relating to COVID-19), we will offer placement at our camps, to take place at a later date and no refunds will be permitted.
25. When you sign up your child to attend the camp Just 4 Fun cannot guarantee that a child won’t get Covid. We will follow all procedures to the best of our abilities to keep all attendees safe.
